Refund policy

We hope you love your Maison Loulou pieces. However, we understand that sometimes an item may not be quite right.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept returns for change of mind within 5 business days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused and unwashed

  • In their original condition

  • Returned with all original tags and packaging attached

  • Free from marks, stains, fragrances or any signs of wear

To request a return, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order. Returns requested outside of this period may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Maison Loulou cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method. Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.

Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund once issued.

Sale Items

Unless faulty or otherwise required by Australian Consumer Law, sale or promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned for change of mind.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Every Maison Loulou piece is carefully checked before being sent. If you believe you have received a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the item.

Your rights in relation to faulty or defective products are protected under the Australian Consumer Law, and nothing in this policy excludes or limits those rights.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, we recommend returning your eligible item and placing a new order.

Return Conditions

Maison Loulou reserves the right to refuse a change-of-mind return if the item does not meet the conditions outlined above.
