Shipping policy

We can’t wait for your little Maison Loulou pieces to arrive.

All orders placed before 2pm AEST on business days are lovingly packed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, or on weekends and public holidays, will be dispatched the following business day.

Australian Shipping

Standard Shipping $11
Please allow approximately 2–6 business days from dispatch.

Express Shipping  $15
Please allow approximately 1–3 business days from dispatch.

Free Express Shipping on orders over $100.

International Shipping

Yes, we ship worldwide!

International shipping rates and estimated delivery times vary depending on your destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Please note that any applicable duties, taxes or customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and may vary depending on your country.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details via the email address provided with your order, so you can follow your Maison Loulou parcel all the way to your door.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, particularly for regional and remote areas, international destinations, or during peak periods.

Please double-check your delivery details before placing your order. If you notice an error, email us as soon as possible at bonjour@maisonloulou.com.au and we’ll do our best to help before your parcel is dispatched.

Once your parcel has been handed over to the postal carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. If your parcel seems to be taking a little longer than expected, please get in touch and we’ll happily help where we can.
